JCP participates actively in Framework Contracts, in particular in the Framework Contract Commission 2011, a Multiple framework contract with regard to external aid for the recruitment of expertise in favour of the EC and Beneficiary Authorities.
The objective of the FWC is to provide, via individual assignments defined and contracted through Specific Contracts, short-term expertise which can be mobilised at very short notice. The quality of this expertise must be guaranteed by the retained Framework contractors disposing of the appropriate internal resources as well as of access to external technical skills.
JCP is leading the Consortium for Lot.2: Communication and Training.
The specific sectors covered by this Lot are:
• Face-to-face training
• Communication events and campaigns, including their promotion and information tools
• Multi-media materials: audio-visual, websites, CD, DVD, etc.
• Production of publications
• Development of communication strategy
Throughout these missions, JCP also provides important project management and quality control services, as well as backstopping activities with both administrative and technical support for the experts involved, ensuring the high quality of the outputs and the best accomplishment of the objectives.
JCP is also member of Transtec Consortium for FWC Beneficiaries Lot.10: Trade, Standards and Private Sector.
